We’re celebrating seven years by giving The Reserve a little refresh.

Both memberships begin with a 6-month commitment and then continue month-to-month. After that, you can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Our sauna rooms recently got a little refresh, and we’re giving you a new way to make sauna time part of your regular routine.
$79/month includes:
4 × 40-minute infrared sauna sessions each month
Red light therapy + chromotherapy included
Additional sessions for $20
1 complimentary guest session each quarter
Sessions can roll over for one month, and the membership begins with a 6-month commitment.
