what is brow lamination?

WHAT IS BROW LAMINATION

Brow lamination helps take your unruly or thinning brow hair and smoothes it out while also lifting the hair in a vertical direction. The end results look like super smooth brows that have brow gel in them and can add volume and fullness by combing the brow hairs over sparse areas.

WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR BROW LAMINATION

  • Anyone looking to improve the overall look of their brow

  • Clients with sparse brows

  • Clients who are growing out their brows

  • Clients not ready to commit to permanent Makeup

  • Clients with unruly, course brows

  • Clients with stubborn natural hair growth patterns

WHAT IS THE BROW LAMINATION PROCESS LIKE

We use Elleebana Elleeplex Profusion for our brow lamination. Brow lamination is basically a perm for your brows, as it gives them a set, uniform shape for an extended period of time. First we clean the brows of all oils and residue. Then we apply a lifting cream onto the brow, which creates a chemical process that breaks down bonds in each hair, allowing them to be moved into a new shape. We remove the lifting cream and apply a neutralizer cream to reform the bonds into their new shape. We also apply Elleeplex Regen to the neutralizer as a conditioning treatment to the brow hairs, maximizing brow health between appts.

How long does Brow Lamination Last?

6 weeks depending on the brow hair growth

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO A BROW LAMINATION?

Times will vary depending on brows. Processing times on brow hairs will change per person depending if they have fine, medium or strong brow hair, but on average a lamination appointment should take 45-60 minutes.

WHAT TREATMENTS CAN BE PAIRED WITH A BROW LAMINATION

We recommend adding a regular tint for more dramatic results. We automatically include a shape with our appointments because grooming will need to be done to brows after lamination.

Henna CANNOT be paired with brow lamination*
