We’re Back!

We’re so happy to announce that we will be re-opening The Skyn Distillery back up on June 1st!

We know there's a lot of you that want to get in for your appointments right away, so please be patient with us as we get everything up and running again. Things will be a bit different for a little while, but we want you to feel as comfortable as you can be while pampering your faces again. Please read on to know the changes we will be making in the studio to keep everyone safe. 

1. MASKS ARE REQUIRED

If you are getting a facial or makeup application we understand you can’t wear a mask during service, but we do ask that you wear one into the building. We will have you remove the mask once in the studio prior to service.  If you are getting a lash lift, tint, brow shape you must wear a mask to the appointment and during the appointment.  You may wear your own mask or we will have disposable masks for $3 a charge.

2. DOORS WILL BE LOCKED

The doors to Phenix Salon Suites will remain locked during business hours to avoid people from walking in. When you have an appointment, remain in your vehicle and text me when you get there. Please add our phone numbers into your contacts so you have it: Melissa 715-225-6378 or Emily 763-923-8228. We will let you know when we’re ready for you and will come open the door. 

3. UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS

Upon entering the building, we’ll have you wash your hands before any service in the studio. There is a sink in the studio for you to use as well as hand sanitizer. Refrain from touching your phone or purse during your appointment or we will ask you to wash your hands again. 

4. NO EXTRA VISITORS

Only you as a client and us as your service provider will be allowed in studio. Sadly this means our happy our facial for two is no longer a provided service until our rules change. :(

5. STUDIO SANITATION

Communal objects have been removed from sitting area. High trafficked areas will be sanitized constantly (client chair, client table, counters, and door handles) Station will be wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant after each visit. Tools will be cleaned and sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant after use

6. DISINFECTANT USED: Bactronix C3 

C3 is an EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant that is a virucide, bactericide and fungicide. Eco friendly and specifically formulated for the beauty industry.  C3 is safe for people, plants, pets, and the environment.  No risk to touch, breathe in and no guesswork.  

7. APPOINTMENTS  

Appointments will be spaced out to leave extra time to do a thorough cleaning between each client. Appointments will still be by appointment only. Upon arrival, clients will receive a forehead temperature check, anyone above 99.9 degrees will be asked to reschedule their appointment for a later date. 

8. STUDIO VENTILATION

Each studio space has its own ventilation system which means it pulls air directly out of the building from each space and there is not air circulation going through to different studios.

9. FEELING OFF?

Please please please reschedule for a later date if you're experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath or chills, if you've been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 or if you have been tested and are waiting on results.

10. WE WILL BE WEARING PPE

We will be wearing masks and gloves for all services. For all services where you are not required to wear a mask we will be wearing a mask AND shield.
