JOB POSTING- SPA CONCIERGE FRONT DESK

DESCRIPTION:

The Skyn Distillery, a premier skincare studio specializing in pro-aging, acne, and bridal facials, is excited to announce our expansion into a new storefront in Deephaven, MN, this fall. As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated Spa Concierge to join our team and serve as the welcoming face for our valued clients.

Our studio offers results-oriented services coupled with highly personalized care to ensure our clients look and feel their best.

This role is set to begin in early October 2024.

REQUIREMENTS

- Check clients in and out of their services

- Answer phone calls to book appointments and handle client requests

- Provide customer support via phone, email, text, and in person

- Manage the spa's booking system to ensure efficient appointment flow

- Process online and in-studio retail orders

- Handle the preparation and turnover of Infrared Sauna Rooms

- Create social media content for Instagram posts/stories

- Create marketing emails to promote events, sales, and studio updates

- Manage retail products and spa inventory

- Sell services and retail products

- Address client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

- Provide personalized recommendations for spa treatments and products

- Ensure all common areas and the front desk are tidy and welcoming

- Prepare the spa for daily operations, including opening and closing duties

- Attend and work at special events and training sessions

EXPERIENCE

- 1 year of guest service experience

- Experience in the beauty industry, salon, or spa preferred

- Sales and marketing experience

- Current esthetic student or licensed professional preferred but not required

COMPENSATION

Compensation will vary depending on experience and whether the position is part-time or full-time.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE*

We are looking for a full-time candidate with the following tentative schedule (flexible depending on the right candidate):

- Tuesday: 9:30 am - 7:30 pm

- Wednesday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

- Thursday: 9:30 am - 7:30 pm

- Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

- Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (1x a month from October - May, Winter hours)
